Shipping and Delivery

Orders: 

• We currently offer free shipping on all orders which includes tracking. A tracking code will be provided once the item has been shipped.
• We can only guarantee that your order will be shipped on time from our warehouses, we cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered on time as this is the hands of our shipping partners.

Please note that some of our larger stuffed toys/items are delivered flat packed and will require some time to regain their shape
