We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any given time. By visiting the website, engaging in our services and making any purchases, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions; please read all terms and conditions carefully before using the website.

All new features, which may be added later, shall also be subject to the terms of service. Little Piccolo reserves the right to modify the terms or add new content at any point by posting updates and it is your responsibility to check this page for these changes.

SECTION ONE – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these terms you state that you are the age of majority in your state or province and have given permission for any minor dependents to use this site. You must not use any product on this site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction by using our services. You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

SECTION TWO – GENERAL CONDITIONS

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, re-sell or exploit any portion of the service, use of service or access to the service without express written permission by Little Piccolo.​

SECTION THREE – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

Little Piccolo is not responsible for any information that may be inaccurate. You will rely on the information on the website at your own risk. Little Piccolo reserves the right to modify its content without the obligation to update any information on this website. It is your responsibility to monitor changes to the website. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of any changes made to the website. Prices for our products are subject to change without any notice. Little Piccolo also reserves the right to discontinue the service without notice at any time and will not be liable to you or any third party as a result. Little Piccolo cannot guarantee that the colours and images of our products are correctly displayed on your computer screens and will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies. All products will be subject to return or exchange only according to the Little Piccolo returns policy. Little Piccolo reserves the right to also limit sales of any product or service at any given time.​

SECTION FOUR - ACCOUNTS

Little Piccolo is able to refuse any order you place or limit quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Little Piccolo will also cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers or distributors. You must agree to provide current and accurate information in regards to purchases and accounts and keep this information up to date in order for Little Piccolo to complete your order and contact you if required.

SECTION FIVE - THIRD PARTY LINKS

Little Piccolo is not affiliated with any third-party websites which you may be directed to via links on this website. Little Piccolo, therefore, cannot be held liable for any harm or damage related to purchases or the use of the service on any other website. You are to review the policies of the third party website before you engage in any transaction and any complaints or concerns should be directed to the third party.​

SECTION SIX - USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

Any comments, suggestions, proposals or plans you may send to us can be used by Little Piccolo at any time and Little Piccolo will be under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence or to respond to any comments. Your comments must not violate any right of any third party and will not contain any abusive material; they will also not contain any virus or malware that will be harmful to the running of the website.

SECTION SEVEN - PERSONAL INFORMATION

You must not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or mislead Little Piccolo or any other third party when making purchases or posting any comments or suggestions to the website. Little Piccolo will not take responsibility for your comments or that of any third party.

SECTION EIGHT - WARRENTIES, LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITIES

Little Piccolo cannot be held responsible if the use of this service is interrupted, un-secure or in error. Little Piccolo may from time to time remove the service or cancel it all together without notice. Your use, or inability to use the service is at your own risk. As some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION NINE - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Little Piccolo and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION TEN - SEVERABILITY

If in the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Please note that some of our larger stuffed toys/items are delivered flat packed and will require some time to regain their shape.  

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Our return policy is valid for 14 days after you receive your purchase.

Please follow our returns procedure to submit a return: 

The return postage will only be covered for items that arrive faulty or damaged, differing colours, differing quality or small design differences to images shown is not grounds for a free return. 

Delays caused by couriers are out of our control and do not automatically warrant a cancellation or refund. We will refund an item if the delay causes the item to be delivered more than 30 days from the point of purchase (upon the condition that the delay is not caused by the customer - i.e. incorrect address being entered at checkout, not being at the premises for an attempted delivery etc). All personalised items that have been delivered are non-refundable. 

SECTION TWELVE - RETURNS/REFUNDS

Little Piccolo return policy is valid for 14 days after you receive your purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, Little Piccolo are unable to offer a refund or an exchange. For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and be returned in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be kept in the original packaging. Please follow the return process below. 

Please note, if the above procedure is not followed, this will delay the return process. Any returns sent back without submitting the above form will not be processed. 

PERSONALISED ITEMS: 

Personalised items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. 

If an item arrives damaged, we will organise a replacement for you. Please note, a difference in expected quality does not fall into the category of a damaged or faulty item, items can vary slightly from pictures on the website. 

- Late delivery will not be considered a cause for return for personalised items, please be mindful of courier strikes and delays
